2018 Dolcetto - If you liked our Montepulciano or Cab, you’re going to like this ruby red dry Dolcetto from Diamanté Doble Vineyards. Aged in a blend of French & American oak for 11 months, you’ll pick up notes of berry, plum & black pepper. It would pair nicely with roasted or grilled meats or savory pasta dishes.
2019 Estrella Blanca - A blast from the pasts, we’re bringing back one of our original wines, Estrella Blanca. This is a very nice off-dry blend of Riesling and Viognier with just a hint of Roussanne. You’ll pick up citrus notes with a nice clean finish. This is an easy pairing wine. It goes well with fried, salty or spicy dishes due to its subtle sweetness.
2019 Rip Roaring - This will be our 3rd bottling of Rip Roaring. Trivia, the original was our first wine with Spirit of Texas Winery on the label; the others have Star of Texas on the label (here’s the story). The 2019 is a wonderful off-dry blend of Mourvedre and Tannat. This will pair well with BBQ, burgers or pizza. Oh, and you’ll need to read the story of Rip (on back label or see it here).
2019 Home Town - The worry is over! Our Home Town sweet red is back in stock and it’s been well received. This new sweet red blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon & Primitivo has a wonderful finish. It pairs well with spicy Thai or Mexican dishes as well as chocolate or bold cheeses.
