2019 Aged to Reflection is a very similar blend of our original 2018 Aged to Reflection. This one is 67% Dolcetto and 33% Montepulciano from Diamante Doble Vineyard. It was barrel aged for 10 months in both European & American oak. In this full bodied red, you’ll taste notes of dried fruit, blackberry and a hint of earthiness. It pairs well with rich or spicy dishes especially Italian ones.

Tasting Notes
On the nose, notes of black cherry, blackberries, fig, baking spices and a subtle nuance of leather. The body is medium with bright acidity, medium tannins and a smooth finish.
